  Attendee Registration
  Sponsors must complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference. Select the discounted sponsorship registration option when registering attendees for the conference. You will receive a coupon code for these registrations with your confirmation email.

  Monday's social event fees (golf, trap shooting, etc.) are not included in discounted sponsor registration and must be registered separately.

  The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides educational and networking opportunities for anyone interested in aviation. It's the only statewide conference encompassing all facets of aviation, including airports, FBOs, pilots, consultants, and state and federal agencies.

  Cancellation and Refund Policy
  We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your attendee registration, refunds are available through Friday, Oct. 16.

  Register

  The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides vendors with a unique opportunity to display their products and services for all conference attendees.

  The exhibitor booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide. Registration includes:
  

  • An eight-foot backdrop 

  • Three-foot side curtains 

  • One eight-foot skirted table 

  • Two chairs,

  • And TWO discounted registrations ($50 per attendee)

  WAMA will provide a list of registered attendees on Wednesday, October 21. The list will include the attendee's name and organization.

  Booth Registration Fees

  • Discounted early registration received on or before Monday, Sept. 14 – $750
  • Registration received after Sept. 14 – $800
  • Optional electrical is available for $50

  Booth Selection
  The WAC committee is offering exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. After accommodating sponsors, we will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to understand the placement of other vendors before making a selection, don't hesitate to contact WAMA at 608-661-0916 or director@wiama.org.

  Exhibit Hall Hours
  The exhibit hall will open Monday at 4:30 p.m. and close Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down booths on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. We encourage all exhibitors to stick around for Tuesday's dinner and murder mystery night to build relationships and have some fun.

  Expand Your Reach
  All exhibitors can expand their reach by purchasing a discounted quarter-page ad in the conference magazine for $300. Please forward all ads to director@wiama.org by Monday, September 28. Wisconsin Aviation Conference magazine ad specifications. 

  Attendee Registration

  We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, refunds are available through Monday, Sept. 28.

  Shipping

  All freight should be sent to:

  Chula Vista Resort, 2501 River Road, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965. Attn: Contact Name and Cell Number/Group Event Name

  Send all packages and displays to the attention of the first and last name and a cell number for the contact who will be claiming the shipment.

  The name of the group should also appear somewhere clearly on the label, so it is easy to identify which group the package belongs to.

  Shipments can arrive 3-5 days prior to the event, and it’s best to plan one or two days extra in case there is any kind of complication during the shipment process.

  When checking in at the resort your contact person should inquire at the Front Desk regarding any expected shipments, and plan for their transportation from the Group Sales office to your meeting room(s).

  Outgoing freight must be re-packaged according to standard shipping practices and all old labels removed and replaced with correct new labels.

  It should then be transported to the Group Sales office, who will transport it to the shipping and receiving department to be picked up by UPS or FedEx.

  If you are using USPS to ship items please note that they do not deliver to the property. Please do not send large packages USPS.

  The WAC 70 golf outing will be held at Christmas Mountain Village Golf Course, S944 Christmas Mountain Rd Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965 (9.1 miles from the Chula Vista Resort). Golf is a shotgun start at 10:00 am.

  Participants can purchase something to eat at the turn when they are back at the clubhouse.

  Golfers are responsible for their transportation to and from the WAC event.

• Wisconsin Dells Boat Tour — 70th Wisconsin Aviation Conference

  Register

  The Upper Dells tour travels the Wisconsin River above the dam in Wisconsin Dells. You’ll cruise a channel cut by ancient glaciers, passing under pine-crowned cliffs, through the Narrows and past iconic sandstone formations. Your adventure includes two exclusive shore landings: Witches Gulch — a dramatic and spooky walk through a passage carved by wind and water — and Stand Rock — a towering pillar of sandstone that’s home to the famous dog leap to the top of the tall rock.

  Participants will board at 107 Broadway, Wisconsin Dells WI 53965. 

  You are responsible for your own travel to and from the boat tour.

  The tour starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs for two hours. Please arrive early to give yourself time to board.

  Trap Shooting will be held at Sauk Prairie Trap and Skeet Club (E11102 Sauk Prairie Rd, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578). The club is about 31 miles South of Chula Vista. Trap Shooting starts at 1:00 pm. 

  Shells will be supplied. The club does not offer extra firearms. If you own multiple, consider bringing them to lend.

  Food will be available for purchase.

  Participants are responsible for transportation to and from Sauk Prairie Trap and Skeet Club.
