Sponsorship Information

Thank you for any contributions you can provide to this conference. Without your financial contribution, it would be impossible to host a conference of this magnitude and hold the registration fees to a level that many airports and small companies in Wisconsin could afford to attend.

Sponsorship levels for the 56th Annual Wisconsin Aviation Conference are Corporate Excellence ($3,000 and up); Platinum ($1,000 – $2,999); Gold (500 - $999), and Silver ($250 - $499). Click here to access sponsorship opportunities and each level's benefits.

To register as a sponsor for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference, you may download and print a Conference Sponsor Registration Form and then mail it in.

Please follow these simple steps to register online:

Go to the Conference Sponsor Registration Form. Fill in the form. The contact person you list on the form will receive a complimentary registration (golf and clay shoot activities are not included). Depending on the level of sponsorship, up to four complimentary registrations are included.
Please provide a brief description of your company that will be included in the conference program and a PowerPoint presentation that runs continuously in the exhibit area.
When the form is completed, hit continue and pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.
Go to the conference Attendee Registration Form.
Fill in the form with the contact person you listed above on item 2. Under Registration Fees, select "Complimentary Registration (sponsor, exhibitor, commissioner) - $0.00." When you complete the form, hit continue and select pay by check. It will show zero fees.
For any other complimentary registrations provided by your sponsorship level, register them as in item 5 above.
For any other registrations above those provided by your sponsorship level, register them as in item 5 above, and pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.
