Exhibitor Information

To register as an exhibitor for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference, you may download an exhibitor registration form or register online.

Please follow these simple steps to register online:

  1. Go to the conference Exhibitor Registration form. Fill in the form. The contact person you list on the form will receive a complimentary registration (golf and clay-shoot activities arenot included).
  2. Please provide a brief description of your company that will be included in the conference program.
  3. When the form is completed, hit continue and pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.
  4. Go to the conference Attendee Registration form.
  5. Fill in the form with the contact person you listed above on item 2. Under Registration Fees, select "Complimentary Registration (sponsor, exhibitor, commissioner) - $0.00." When you complete the form, hit continue and select pay by check. It will show zero fees.
  6. For any other attendees, register them as in item 5 above and pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.

Exhibit Booth is 8' x 10' Trade Show Booth, with 8' back drop, 3' side curtains, 1-8' skirted table and two chairs, and 110v. electrical.

Only one company allowed per booth.

Cancellation policy: Registrations and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received before April 26, 2012 are subject to a $50 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties and no-shows will be billed.
